Payne Park Cuban
A variation of a classic. Starting with a generous helping of our own pork 'lechon', prepared the classic Cuban way; two days in a traditional citrus-marinade with crushed pepper, salt, garlic and oregano, sliced thin, then we add Swiss, pickles and our special mayo-mustard sauce. (Salami added on request for a bit of extra Flavor.) Destined to become legendary.
For this Mediterranean staple we use locally made mozzarella, sweet juicy heirloom tomato, fresh picked basil and our own pesto. Ciao Bella!
Not for the feint hearted. This could quite possibly be the best grilled cheese you've ever had. Our secret combination of cheese piled on thick slices of slightly sourdough, hot, crunchy and sweet on the outside, soft melted cheese on the inside creates a bit of heaven with every bite.
or 'Ham en Kaas'. Forget about windmills, dikes and wooden shoes-this is what every Dutch voetballer eats in the morning. Authentic as the 'Hema', Gouda cheese, rosemary ham and Dijonnaise.
Perfect for when you have the chocolate munchies, this childhood classic from Europe has been keeping all children, big and small, happy. Think light and crusty bread stuffed with hot melted chocolate spread. Amazing!

We don't all have to be tax-evading billionaires to eat like one! Taking our Caprese, we then add some of the best Prosciutto we can get our hands on. (If we don't eat it all ourselves.) Rumored to be Grace Kelly's favorite...
Chicken Salad Croissant
We let this one speak for itself...sort of. This Super Speacial Chicken Salad... an instant classic. Grilled chicken, celery, grapes, raisins, pecans, served on a fresh croissant. Your choice: traditional or curry.
A traditional. No menu is complete without the bird that kept the Pilgrims thankful. Smoked turkey, curry mayonnaise, red onion and cucumber piled on a baguette.
The Roast Beef
A generous portion of slow roasted Angus sirloin, full of Flavor, buttery so~ and sliced paper thin then layered with arugula greens and our freshly grated horseradish sauce. Served on a fresh baguette.
Just like their amazing beers, the Belgians don't follow rules when it comes to food. This creation was discovered by our daughter at a brasserie in Brussels and we decided to respectfully steal it. Prosciutto and goat cheese sprinkled with pine nuts, covered with local orange-blossom honey and served on a toasted baguette. (For a truly unique vegetarian experience, substitute the Prosciutto with organic baby greens.)
Our friend Anushka's party pleaser. This went viral before viral was even a phrase... it really did, no joke. Local baby greens mixed with grape tomatoes, toasted almond and Gorgonzola cheese, dressed with a tarragon vinaigrette.
Chinese Chicken Chop Salad
Confucius had one for breakfast every day to get his mental juices Rowing. For real! Chunks of tender roasted chicken breast, marinated in a Chinese five spice blend, Napa cabbage, thinly sliced red bell pepper, snow peas, peanuts and cilantro combined with crunchy wontons and a fresh ginger-honey sesame dressing.
